This immersive workshop offers practical, experiential training in Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). Participants will explore the key steps of EFFT and gain hands-on experience in creating corrective emotional experiences and lasting positive change in family relationships. As an added bonus, participants will learn Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) skills for working with parents.
